The award is given for the greatest contribution to the overall program. Frequency: The award is given annually in June at the Nova Scotia Community College awards ceremony.   Procedure: The instructor of the Library and Information Technology Program submits the name of the graduating student to the Past President. The student receives a certificate of accomplishment, signed by the President of NSLA; a one-year free membership to NSLA; and a financial donation to be decided annually. Deadline to receive the name of the graduate is June 8.   Presentation: A member of the NSLA Board of Directors will present the award at the Nova Scotia Community College awards ceremony. This ceremony takes place each year in June.
